Insights, innovation, and our takeaways from Chemspec Europe 2025

On June 4–5, 2025, we had the pleasure of participating in Chemspec Europe in Cologne one of the key events in the European fine and specialty chemicals industry. We’d like to thank everyone who visited our booth and joined us for conversations, presentations, and technical consultations.

What happened?

During two intensive days:

• We met with many partners and new contacts from around the world from pharmaceutical companies and polymer producers to R&D teams.

• We showcased our latest catalytic solutions, with a focus on the applications of olefin metathesis in sustainable production processes.

• Our sales, R&D, and management teams - including CEO Michał Bieniek and CCO Cengiz Azap - were on site to answer questions, discuss innovations, and explore potential collaboration opportunities.

• We had many valuable conversations on catalyst customization and joint research and development initiatives.

Olefin metathesis in the spotlight

Interest in metathesis and sustainable chemical solutions continues to grow year by year and this year’s edition was no exception. Our catalysts and associated technologies received great feedback, and our discussions confirmed that the industry is actively looking for more efficient and environmentally friendly alternatives to traditional synthesis methods.

What’s next?

For us, Chemspec Europe is not just an opportunity to present our offer it’s a chance to engage in meaningful dialogue with the market, understand challenges, and listen to the needs of our partners.
