Description

Latent catalyst for ROMP. Requires chemical activation (typically with in situ generated HCl). Depending on monomer purity/reactivity might require thermal activation (60 - 80 °C). Shows good solubility in dicyclopentadiene. Cures slower than LatMet but posses improved shelf life in dicyclopentadiene.
